A phone-first ordering app, a kitchen screen that never stalls at peak, and delivery that finds an address given as a landmark.

Customers order from a phone, the kitchen sees the ticket the moment it is placed, and a driver collects it without anyone reading an address down the phone. The whole system is shaped by a ninety-minute peak with quiet either side of it: the kitchen screen was built to be dull and reliable rather than clever.
